When you create a new client, you’ll now see a new section for email reminders (you'll also be able to edit your current clients to receive them). You can configure email reminders to be sent automatically either 48 hours, 24 hours, 12 hours, or 1 hour before a session is set to begin for both the primary contact and the student.

If you have session reminders turned on, and schedule an event that is due to happen within that time window, the session reminder will be sent immediately. For example, if you have 24-hour reminders turned on, and you create a new event that is 12 hours from now, that reminder will be sent right away.
The body of the email is not yet customizable.
