Session Reminders (for Administrators)

Administrators can now set up automatic email reminders for students and tutors.

When you create a new client, you’ll see a new section for email reminders (you can edit this at anytime). You can configure email reminders to be sent automatically either 48, 24, 12, or 1 hour(s) before a session is set to begin for both the primary contact and the student.

Here’s how it looks:

A few things to note:

  • If you have session reminders turned on, and schedule an event that is due to happen within that time window, the session reminder will be sent immediately. For example, if you have 24-hour reminders turned on, and you create a new event that is 12 hours from now, that reminder will be sent right away.

  • The body of the email is not yet customizable.
